Chiropractic is a healthcare discipline that focuses on diagnosing, treating, and preventing mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, particularly the spine. It emphasizes manual adjustments or manipulations of the spine and other joints to improve alignment, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Chiropractors often use a variety of techniques, including spinal adjustments, massage, and rehabilitative exercises. Pelvic rotation refers to the misalignment or abnormal positioning of the pelvis. It can lead to an imbalance in the body, causing pain and discomfort in the lower back, hips, legs, and other areas. This misalignment can result from various factors, such as poor posture, muscle imbalances, or injuries. Chiropractors address pelvic rotation by performing specific adjustments and manipulations to realign the pelvis and restore proper biomechanics. They may also recommend exercises to strengthen the muscles supporting the pelvis, improve flexibility, and promote better posture. By correcting pelvic rotation, chiropractors aim to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and prevent further musculoskeletal issues.
